Privacy Policy

Design Inspo Board is a Chrome extension for saving design inspiration. This page explains what data it accesses, how it's stored, and what (if anything) leaves your browser.

What the extension accesses

When you click "Save current page," the extension reads:

• The page's title, URL, and favicon
• Computed colors and font names used on the page, to build the color/font preview
• A screenshot of the visible tab

It only does this when you actively click the save button — it does not run in the background or monitor your browsing otherwise.

Where your data is stored

Everything you save (boards, items, screenshots, extracted colors and fonts) is stored locally in your browser via Chrome's storage.local API. None of it is sent to us or to any server we operate. Uninstalling the extension, or clearing its storage, deletes this data permanently.

Payments

Subscription billing is handled by ExtensionPay and Stripe. If you upgrade to a paid plan, the email and payment details you enter at checkout are collected and processed directly by ExtensionPay and Stripe under their own privacy policies — we never see or store your payment details ourselves.

What we don't do

• No analytics or tracking scripts
• No ads
• No selling or sharing of your saved data with third parties
